Delivery Charges

Please note all prices are subject to VAT at 20%. Below are rates and typical times for delivery:

UK: England, Wales and Scotland: Standard delivery ( Often next working day, dependent on time of order ): £10 for order values up to £200, thereafter free of charge.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, Northern Ireland ( 2-3 working days ): £14 for orders values up to £300, £300-£600 = £28, £600-£900 = £42 etc

Republic of Ireland ( 2-3 working days): £12 for orders values up to £300, £300-£600 = £24, £600-£900 = £36 etc

Customer Returns

All customers must firstly make contact with Haines Recycling Ltd to notify us of any issue with your item, as required to by UK Law.

We will them inform you in writing (normally via email) on how to send the item back to us.

Haines Recycling Ltd reserves the right to refuse to pay for the return postage costs depending on the reason of return, for example: if your item was supplied faulty then we will agree to pay the return postage. But if the customer decides that they have changed their mind on the item for any reason, then it will be their responsibility to pay for the return postage of the item back to Haines Recycling Ltd. 

Our goods inwards/outwards area is covered by full 24 Hour CCTV coverage recordings to help prevent fraudulent customer returns/claims.
